The solution

Starting in April 2025, Icarus implemented a 10-country multi-market strategy, all managed from a single store setup. Alongside this, we introduced a dedicated offer experimentation framework, particularly focused on seasonal campaigns and high-impact moments such as Halloween.

Through focused testing of bundles and promotional angles, we identified a winning offer that resonated across multiple markets. Once validated, this offer was scaled aggressively using a clear campaign structure combining Standard Shopping campaigns for trending products and Demand Gen campaigns for best-selling products.

This structured approach enabled rapid scaling while maintaining strategic control over performance.

The results

The impact of this strategy was significant and measurable:

  • Daily revenue increased from €7,000 to €21,000 within just two weeks
  • On peak days, 40–50% of total revenue was generated from a single validated offer experiment
